Post-Construction Cleaning in Monmouth County, New Jersey
Final cleaning for selected rooms after a remodel or new build: accessible dust removal, interior glass, trim, empty storage and floors. Review the construction condition and optional basement before confirming the scope.

Detailed final cleaning after renovation work is complete
Post-construction cleaning is planned for the final stage after work is complete and the selected areas are available to clean. We review the amount of dust, finished materials, rooms, standard accessible interior windows, trim, empty cabinets, reachable fixtures and floors. The sequence addresses surface dust before final floor care, using methods appropriate to each finish. Construction dust in new or empty appliances is different from old grease or food residue in used appliances, which may be a separate extra. Exterior glass, high access, paint or adhesive residue, debris removal and any later touch-up visit require individual review before approval. Suspected hazardous dust or specialist remediation is outside ordinary final cleaning. Estimates can use room counts or measured area, with basement counted once. Contact njcleaningprosllc@gmail.com with the scope and condition so the responsible person can confirm a written price.

Before you request final renovation cleaning
For a home in Long Branch or our approved Monmouth County service area, explain what was renovated and which finished rooms need cleaning. A kitchen remodel, bathroom update and whole-home project need different written scopes.
- Confirm that construction is complete and the selected areas are released for cleaning. Tell us about any remaining installation, sanding or painting so the final visit is planned around the actual work.
- List bedrooms, full bathrooms, half bathrooms and extra spaces. Identify finished-basement areas separately, or provide measured floor area; the same space should not be counted twice.
- Identify new floors, counters, cabinets and glass. Share the installer or manufacturer care instructions and any required curing or waiting period before a surface is cleaned.
- Describe remaining debris, paint, adhesive residue, high glass and access restrictions. These need individual review; ordinary final cleaning does not include hazardous-dust remediation.
- Provide the city or ZIP, access plan and preferred date. The responsible person confirms availability, selected tasks and a written price before scheduling.
Room-based and measured-area estimates are alternatives, not charges to add together. The condition and agreed scope determine the preliminary range.

Questions about Post-Construction Cleaning
- Request a scope review when construction is complete and the selected areas are released for cleaning. Disclose remaining sanding, painting or installation and any surface-care waiting period. Availability and the cleaning date are confirmed before scheduling.
- A residential estimate may use room counts or measured area, depending on the layout and information available. These are alternative methods, not charges to add together. Finished-basement space is counted once; condition, selected tasks and access still need written review.
- The reviewed scope can include standard construction dust on selected accessible surfaces, interior glass, trim, empty storage and floors. The property and condition determine what is appropriate.
- Debris removal, adhered residue and other work beyond standard construction dust require separate review and confirmation; do not assume they are included.
- High or exterior windows are not part of the standard accessible interior-glass scope. Describe the windows so we can determine whether the request can be reviewed.
- Share the property type, city or ZIP, room and bathroom counts, areas affected, approximate completion status, remaining debris or residue, and preferred timing. Large or unusual spaces may need photos or a walkthrough.
